I invite clients from all walks of life, regardless of age, race, religious beliefs, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

I am a London based, integrative therapist who approaches all my client relationships through a compassionate and non-judgemental lens. I have worked therapeutically for over 10 years in a variety of settings: schools, charities for social change, the NHS, and my private practice; helping individuals safely explore, experience and understand their true, deep-rooted feelings in order to resolve them.

Before starting my therapy training in 2011, I began my career at MTV Networks UK, in Talent and Artist Relations. Seven years in this unique environment; working directly with artists, record labels, agents and promoters on location, on tour and in the studio, enables me to have an informed sense of the increasing challenges and pressures encountered by artists, creatives, musicians, actors and performers, and those who work with them.

I bring warmth and a sense of safety to my therapeutic relationships, which allows me to attune closely to those who identify as women, and have been affected by early experiences of previously undisclosed or unprocessed sexual abuse and childhood trauma. I often encounter female clients who suffer with imposter syndrome or perfectionism and through therapy, can explore where these restrictive beliefs first took hold.

Men who seek therapy often choose to speak to a female therapist, as their belief is that talking about feelings is not being strong or capable and they often fear judgement from talking to other men about their inner world. I hold safe space for those who identify as men, to openly think often for the first time, about the challenges around what masculinity means, social and cultural expectations and the subsequent difficulties in processing anxiety, anger and sadness.

I am experienced in working with neuro-diversity and support clients who are currently seeking a clinical diagnosis or learning more about living with one. I also support those in the queer community to talk about prejudices and personal challenges around their gender and sexuality.

As therapy continues to be a notably white dominated space, I am particularly skilled as a therapist of colour in working with BIPOC. I have established success in exploring feelings and responses in relation to their migration stories, identity and heritage, cultural and racial expectations and stereotypes, gender bias, experiences of personal and systemic racism, sexual abuse and substance addiction.

I am a registered member of the BACP and also the BAATN (Black and Asian Therapists Network) and work with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. I choose not to have a social media presence, in order to hold privacy for myself and therefore my clients.
